Short Role Description
Our client is expanding, and we are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the fintech and trading technology space. This is not just another sales role - we need someone who understands the Forex, CFDs, and trading technology ecosystem inside and out and can strategically build and scale our client network.
If you have a proven track record in high-value B2B sales within fintech and the expertise to navigate the complexities of trading platforms, bridge solutions, liquidity aggregation, and risk management tools, we want to hear from you.
Responsibility / Activity
- Lead and Execute Sales Strategy – Identify key opportunities and execute sales plans to expand our footprint in the industry.
- Drive New Business – Leverage your industry knowledge and network to generate new leads and close strategic deals.
- Manage Key Relationships – Build strong partnerships with brokers, liquidity providers, and financial institutions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Lead the Sales Team – Act as a key driver of sales initiatives, mentoring junior team members and ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Own the Sales Process – From prospecting and negotiations to onboarding and long-term relationship management, you'll take full ownership.
Skills Profile
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive experience in fintech sales, specifically within Forex, CFDs, and trading solutions.Deep knowledge of trading platforms (MT4 / MT5, proprietary solutions), bridge technologies, liquidity aggregation, and risk management tools.Proven success in high-value B2B sales, with the ability to negotiate complex dealsAbility to lead and scale sales efforts, not just execute them—this role requires initiative and leadership, not just another salesperson.Strong industry connections and a network of decision-makers within brokerage firms, banks, and financial institutions.Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).Why Join Us?
