Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
with strong expertise in manufacturing and industrial materials. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and leading a new sales team, conducting market research and planning, as well as managing client relationships, contracts, and proposals. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial materials sector.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and sales plans to drive business expansion.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, proposals, and business negotiations.
- Oversee the process of collection and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to address issues and deliver solutions.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.5+ years inprogram management, sales, or business development
within
manufacturing / industrial materials
Strong track record of achieving sales KPIs and business growth.Experience in building and managing sales teams.Solid understanding of contract drafting, proposal management, and client servicing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with local and international clients as well as internal support team.
