Education Requirement

Minimum a degree holder, preferably in the field of engineering, with a CGPA of 3.0 and above. Personnel without such qualification but with a minimum of five (5) years of working experience in a related field may assume the position, subject to management approval.

Key Role

To improve productivity and quality of production line.

Continuous upgrading of the line productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibility

To be responsible for the capacity, productivity and quality of the production line.
To ensure all improvement plans are fulfilled.

Key Accountability

To plan & execute production line quality & productivity improvement.

Reporting to Production Engineering Assistant Manager / Manager.

Prerequisite Skill & Knowledge

Graduate from engineering / science discipline.

Experience in the related field.

Basic knowledge and hands‑on basic engineering practices.

Basic understanding of ISO system.

Skill

PC skills : AutoCAD, Micro Station, ProEngineering, Basic Windows, Excel and Word.

Word Processor : Create forms, documents and drawings.

Abilities

Able to lead any improvement projects.

Communication well with all levels.

Problem solving and decision making.

Good knowledge in work study and manufacturing standards.

Training Requirements

Basic engineering practice : pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, electrical, work study, etc.

Project management.

Air conditioning theory and practices.
