Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience while supporting overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, job platforms, and recruitment agencies.
- Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, conduct orientation programs and introduce new hires to company policies and culture.
- Prepare and generate weekly recruitment reports, hiring status updates, and other relevant HR reports as required.
- Manage employee benefits, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist the HR & Admin Manager (HRAM) with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the full cycle of recruitment.Prior experience working in a recruitment agency is an added advantage.Strong knowledge of HR processes,and labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a people person.High integrity in handling confidential information and HR matters with tact and professionalism.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring goals within tight deadlines.Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
