What we are looking for
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join us and scale Omni’s revenue growth across Asia.
What you’ll do
- Own and close deals : Manage the full sales cycle and consistently hit or exceed quota.
- Sell consultatively : Listen deeply, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward solutions that move their business forward.
- Engage decision‑makers : Build trusted relationships with HR and business leaders across Asia.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally : Work closely with BDRs, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive learnings back into the business.
What you’ll need
2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to mid‑market clients in Asia.Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.Sharp communication and negotiation skills — clear, confident, and persuasive.A fast learner who adapts quickly to new products, industries, and client contexts.Knowledge of HR software is a plus, but not required.Seniority level
