The NOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the organization's and / or client’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role involves real-time incident detection, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of network-related issues across various platforms and technologies

- Monitor network systems, servers, and applications using NOC tools and dashboards
- Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Perform triage to assess severity and impact of incidents.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams (e.g., network engineers, system admins) based on predefined protocols
- Maintain detailed incident logs and documentation for all events and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve network issues
- Conduct routine health checks and performance analysis of network components
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning exercises
- Provide shift handover reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
