Our client is an established global leader specializing in energy management and automation solutions, operating in over 100 countries. They are currently looking for a Sales / Account Manager (Power System Solutions) to be based in Selangor.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account development for company Power Systems solutions across semiconductor, transport, commercial buildings, and EPC segments.
- Manage and grow relationships with both end users and partners, ensuring alignment with their business goals and company value proposition.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored power systems solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, execution) and external partners to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to shape account strategies and maximize growth potential.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales / account management / business development, with a strong focus on related power systems products.Proven track record in managing both direct customer relationships and partner / channel engagements.Deep understanding of medium / low voltage distribution systems, energy efficiency, and digital power solutions.Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking capabilities.Ability to converse well in English, Bahasa and Chinese languages.Willing to be based in Selangor.Experienced candidates may apply online or you may email your latest resume to
