Job Description :

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team and take our customer acquisition and retention strategies to the next level. You'll work across channels—from paid ads to landing pages to lifecycle campaigns—and own the performance of key metrics like signups, activations, and conversions. This is an individual contributor role with the potential to evolve into a strategic position in marketing. You'll start by building clarity around our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, execute, and optimize growth campaigns across multiple channels (paid, SEO, email, referral, partnerships, and more).

• Own acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion, running experiments to improve CAC and LTV.
• Use data to guide decisions, developing dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to improve user onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Manage paid media budgets, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms with a focus on ROI.
• Develop A / B tests for landing pages, CTAs, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Build and scale lifecycle campaigns, including email onboarding flows, re-engagement sequences, and product-led growth loops.
• Stay ahead of the curve, always exploring new channels and tactics to drive scalable growth.
