We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team, focusing on acquiring new customers through outbound calls and messaging.
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for :
- Proactively making outbound calls to customers to push Micro SME products and services
- Aggressively using appropriate sales tools, script, product knowledge, and communications skills to generate sales and customer interest over sales calls
- Carrying out flexible and creative dealings with customers, especially in handling and performing proper documentation and recording information to support daily telesales work tasks
- Managing all focused sales leads that are being assigned with a proper and high closure rate for all sales calls
- Ensuring that all assigned sales targets are met or exceeded
- Daily preparation for scheduled sales calls, following up, and proactively corresponding with all support parties in good time management
- Continually developing an understanding of the company’s culture, Micro SME products and services, ethical initiatives, and other areas of business, and reflecting this in everyday performance
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Inside Sales
Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers over phone call conversations; Mandarin speaker would be an advantageMinimum 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment or experience dealing with business owners, and aggressive in achieving sales targets / KPIsStrong persuasiveness skills, patience, persistence, and keyboarding skills are neededBachelor's degree, Diploma, or minimum SPM / STPM; relevant telemarketer or similar working experience may be helpfulAble to speak fluent and write in English, Malay, and Mandarin; ability to speak in Chinese will be great but not compulsory#J-18808-Ljbffr
