Head of Marketing (Hospitality Industry)
We represent a well-known client in the hospitality industry, seeking a Head of Marketing for their Theme Park Division based in Sungai Long, Kajang .
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
- Oversee both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and positioning Monkey Canopy as a premier family-friendly destination.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing ROI through data-driven planning and campaign performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, F&B, events) to create integrated marketing initiatives that enhance guest experience and promote attractions, dining, and accommodations.
- Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Represent the brand at key events, partnerships, and media opportunities to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
At least a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry is an added advantage.Good understanding of traditional marketing and branding.Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.Analytical, creative, and able to adapt to market changes.Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin is an added advantage.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
