Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in HR or a related field. At least 4 years experience in HR management; experience in an international and remote-based organization is a plus. Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in Malaysia. Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team of HR professionals. Proven track record of managing HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to speak your mind and hold your own when it comes to tough conversations. A take-charge attitude, and the ability to get things done even in the face of obstacles and challenges. A passion for HR, and a desire to be the ultimate achiever. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and mindset Possess strong, forward-thinking creative vision Articulates creative ideas effectively Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts Demonstrates effective leadership Solution-oriented Responsive Takes initiative Tech Savvy Full time role : 40 hours per week Permanent / Office-based

About the role
As HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing and developing our diverse team, fostering a positive work culture, overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You are someone who isn't afraid to take charge, speak their mind, and get things done.
Responsibilities
- Manage all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding,
- performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring all functions are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall mission and vision.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard the best and brightest candidates and interns.
- Initiate and implement University Partnerships.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs that will help our employees grow beyond where they are, with increased confidence in executing their tasks.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and growth.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture within our team based in Malaysia.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across the organization, including company- wide announcements and regular check-ins.
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts as needed.
- Work with senior management to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Keep up-to-date with Malaysia Labor laws, HR laws and regulations, and make sure the company is in compliance at all times.
