Facility Management - Technician Mechanical
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, machines, and systems.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and repair breakdowns promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts usage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure proper usage of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Provide technical support to other departments as required.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualification & Requirements
Diploma or Certificate holder in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.Minimum 2 years of related working experience, specifically in servicing and maintenance of Air-conditioning systems, AHU systems, and ACMV systems.Candidates with strong technical knowledge, even at entry level, are encouraged to apply.Ability to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective works independently and as part of a team.Technical expertise in mechanical maintenance.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Safety and quality awareness.#J-18808-Ljbffr
