Evaluate & assess credit applications in accordance with the bank’s policies & guidelines To perform verification on the application including document completeness, data accuracy, etc. To ensure applications are processed with agreed turnaround time. Identify risks and opportunities associated with each loan application. Provide recommendations on loan approvals and renewals based on your analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processing of loans. Stay updated with changes in industry trends and regulations related to credit analysis. Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures. Attend to any ad-hoc activities assigned Job Requirement

Must possess at least bachelor’s degree, preferably in banking, finance, accounting, business administration. Fresh graduates are welcome. Application for Manager’s position, candidate with at least 2 years’ experience in Mortgage Credit Underwriting is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Work effectively as a team to achieve department’s objective Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Candidates with Chartered Banker (CB) would have added advantage.
