Job Description :
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities and drive joint business planning (JBP) with key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to recommend actionable strategies.
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets (value & volume) for assigned key accounts.
Negotiate trade terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts to maximize profitability.
Manage P&L for key accounts, ensuring optimal ROI on trade spend.
Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing to align business strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Key Account team.
Set clear performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and results.
Job Requirements :
Min. Minimum of 10 years of Key Account Management / Sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or a related industry.
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in Modern Trade is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
