Business Development Manager (Sales Direct)

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers / dealers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person approaches.
• Manage and prioritize sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
• Follow a defined sales process, including initial outreach, qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, closing deals, onboarding, and trainings.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers / dealers, building trust and credibility.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients / dealers, highlighting the value proposition and addressing their specific needs.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
• Plan and execute product marketing activities, e.g. : activation, roadshow, manage promoters, digital, content.
• Stock inventory monitoring and administrative work.
