Senior Executive, Corporate Business Analyst & Performance plays a pivotal role in driving data‑driven decision‑making and strategic alignment across the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing business performance, developing executive reporting frameworks, and ensuring data integrity to support corporate goals and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze business performance against targets, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting tools that effectively communicate performance status
- Ensure reporting provides appropriate depth and context for different stakeholder groups (C‑suite, management, operations)
- Performance Technology & Data Management
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of performance management technologies
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance for all performance measurements
- Develop efficient data collection processes that minimize operational burden while maximizing insight value.
- Executive Decision Support
- Provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to executive leadership for strategic decision‑making
- Synthesize complex performance data into clear recommendations with supporting analysis
- Anticipate information needs and proactively address emerging business challenges with data‑driven solutions
- Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Drive alignment of performance objectives across departments and business units
- Facilitate agreement on shared metrics and targets between interdependent functions
- Mediate competing priorities to ensure organizational‑level optimization rather than departmental silos
- Strategic Initiative Evaluation
- Develop and implement measurement methodologies for major strategic initiatives
- Track progress and outcomes of strategic investments and transformation programs
- Provide objective assessment of initiative performance and recommendations for course correction
- Master Data & Metadata Management
- Support the development and enforcement of standardized master data and metadata governance across systems.
- Maintain and update data dictionaries and metadata definitions to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data standards and reduce discrepancies organization‑wide.
- Data Governance Tools & Technologies
- Utilize and manage data governance tools to monitor data quality, compliance, and policy adherence.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide visibility into key data governance metrics. Support tool enhancements and integration with enterprise systems for streamlined data management.
- Data Quality Management
- Assist in monitoring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across all business systems.
- Support the implementation of data quality rules, validation processes, and issue resolution workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data quality gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Data Governance Policy Implementation
- Support the development and documentation of data governance policies aligned with company standards.
- Assist in enforcing policy compliance across departments and data domains.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and data management best practices.
- Sales Revenue Planning & Analysis Integration
- Connect operational performance metrics to financial outcomes and forecasts
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop integrated performance views that combine operational and financial metrics
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with performance insights and trend analysis
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement) in one of the following fields : Business Administration, Finance / Accounting / Economics, Data Analytics / Statistics, or Management Information Systems.Minimum of two (2) years of proven relevant experience in a strategy, problem‑solving, analytical role, financial reporting, or corporate performance & monitoring, preferably in a corporate setting.Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business strategy.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced), Power BI, or other advanced data analytics tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
