Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Development Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business operations and customers — engaging directly with clients to generate leads, build relationships, and actively sell our application products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are accurately captured and reflected in the application, so that the product continues to meet the evolving demands of a wider customer base.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell the application products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits.
- Actively promote and sell our proprietary application system, EPB, which integrates core business functions such as sales, inventory, and finance management.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for product improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, technical, support) to ensure the application meets customer requirements and expectations.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and market positioning for the application.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify market opportunities.
- Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals or upselling.
Requirements
Candidate must pose at least Diploma or Degree in Business Management / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.Experienced in AI-related projects and a keen interest in emerging market trends and innovations.Open to travel and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
