POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the
bank reconciliation system implementation
- . The role involves translating business requirements into technology solutions, streamlining processes, and ensuring the system meets business needs.
The candidate will act as the
main contact point
, working with the regional project manager on the reconciliation project. Responsibilities include application support, handling change requests, defect management, impact analysis, and providing workarounds during development and post go-live.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team.Guide developers on business requirements and validate application compliance.Prepare and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for the bank reconciliation system.Lead and support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.Track and resolve defects using tools like JIRA or Micro Focus ALM.Validate data migration and integrations with banks and source systems.Work with vendors on migration activities and release planning.Provide training to users / IT teams and ongoing application support.Ensure project standards, documentation, and timelines are met.REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree or higher.Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably ininsurance
(life, group, or general).
Strong knowledge ofbank statement reconciliation
Experience withBroadridge Data Controlled Reconciliation
or similar platforms.
Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Able to work independently and in a team.PREFERRED SKILLS :
CBAP (IIBA) certification.Experience in development, BA, testing, or project management.2–3 years of project management experience with at leasttwo full SDLC cycles
Willingness to travel to Singapore for short durations.
