The Business Analyst Channel Business plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making and strategic planning across the organization's channel operations. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, customer trends, and channel effectiveness to identify growth opportunities and improve partner engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, the analyst delivers actionable insights, forecasts, and recommendations that optimize channel strategies and support business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide insightful reporting
- Ensure the production of key financial reporting and planning processes for the business partners
- Lead discussion of monthly performance reviews to help them to make better decisions
- Recognize as the natural 'go to' person for Accounting / Financial processes that are related to operational activities.
- Resolving queries and providing ad hoc information to the business
