Project Sales Executive

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion within scope and quality standards, while actively supporting sales initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote the company's professional image and provide proactive sales support to drive business growth and increase sales turnover.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate, motivate, and mentorship cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment while resolving conflicts to align with project objectives.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed within the timeline, budget and meet quality standards.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through project updates regularly.
• Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
