Operation & Maintenance Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Basic knowledge of solar PV system is an advantage. Willing to travel for site visits. Good communication and reporting skills. What's your expected monthly basic salary? Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze solar system performance to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct regular site inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Prepare daily / monthly performance and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and authorities (e.g. TNB, SEDA, ST) when required.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with suppliers for warranty or spare parts replacement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Support asset management team on project documentation and customer reporting.
