KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Project Implementation
- Understand the requirements between system and business users. Able to analyse and provide consultancy to both vendor and business users.
- Interacts with various levels of people to define system requirements and make recommendation for IT system implementation and enhancement
- Responsible for writing documentation to describe custom configuration of applications and operating procedures
- Develop skills and would be responsible for reviewing, analysing and occasionally modifying systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support application systems
- Develop analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret end-user business requirement and translate them into application and operational requirement
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following as needed : Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), GUI, Screen and Interface designs
Application Support
Assists the manager which focusing on IT System Development, Application Support and Maintenance & compliance processes and initiativesInvestigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of core business applications and productivity suites and systemsContribute to develop the knowledge base and application support framework with application managerSupport Change Request and Application Business Alignment ActivitiesGeneral

Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent education and / or work experience.1-2 years of experience as a business consultant or system analyst in previous job. Preferable to be in oil and gas industryRequire having experience in software development life cycle in several projectsExperience in supporting various core business applications - based on relevant areas ERP, Finance and Reporting, Productivity SuitesGood interpersonal communication skills and team player.Able to interact with all levels of people. Good Interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Written and verbal communication skills.Flexibility & Adaptability.Job Location : Kuala Lumpur
