Finance Transformation Shared Services Leader

Monitor the progress of initiatives and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to manage organizational change effectively. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve desired outcomes. Identify key performance indicators to measure the success of transformation efforts.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Transformation Leader should have :
- A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in the SSC industry.
- Excellent knowledge of financial services industry practices and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and change.
