Lead Analyst, UEM Configuration Management

Responsibilities
- Platform Administration : Manage and administer platform components ensuring stability, scalability and secure integration with other system components. Oversee configuration management and access controls for Copilot and related services.
- Sound knowledge on SCCM patching and application management. Application assessment and remediation. Ensure patches can be applied successfully to all SOE devices via corporate network and by Cloud Management Gateway (CMG).
- Experience with Intune – device management, managing applications and patching for the modern managed workplace.
- Disaster Recovery & Compliance : Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for patching services. Ensure compliance with industry standards and support solutions.
- Work closely with the SCCM and application engineers. Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support for configuration manager related services and manage feature release cycles and incident response.
Job Requirements
More than 3 years’ experience in IT and 2 years in end user workplace management (SCCM, GPO, Intune, etc).Sound knowledge in SCCM and Intune infrastructure management.Strong technical background in troubleshooting and issue resolution management.Experience in Intune for device management.Application assessments and remediation.Workstation configuration and support.Prior experience with transition, transformation and migration at a broader level.VBScript, JScript and PowerShell experience is an advantage.Extensive experience in patching management (Intranet / Internet).Motivated and committed individual.Seniority level
