Job Description
We are currently looking for multiple HR Generalists that are ranging from Assistant Manager to Head of HR
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Address employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to staff.
Assist in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
