What You'll Do
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in preparing dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Handle mise en place tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain freshness of stock with proper rotation and storage practices.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
- Support consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for every menu item.
- Stay proactive in learning new recipes, techniques, and products.
