We're looking for a passionate and motivated Commis to join our kitchen team at VCR Stacks. This role offers the perfect opportunity to sharpen your culinary skills while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in preparing dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Handle mise en place tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain freshness of stock with proper rotation and storage practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Support consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for every menu item.
• Stay proactive in learning new recipes, techniques, and products.
