What’s a typical day as a Sales Executive / Manager?
- Provide sales support and / or lead the creation and delivery of customer service and commercial proposals to meet client needs.
- Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and offer integrated product and technology solutions.
- Engage in detailed discussions to understand customer’s business and technical needs, and assess their current IT infrastructure.
- Translate customer needs into tailored solution proposals.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Technology Consultants, and Technical Teams to develop and communicate value propositions and negotiation points.
- Deliver compelling presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data to nurture deals and ensure continuous movement towards closure.
- Facilitate smooth transition from sales to implementation by coordinating with relevant teams.
Job Requirements
What is needed to be successful?
Strong collaboration, communication, and execution skills.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.Experience in consultative selling techniques such as active listening, storytelling, and framing.Experience in client account management and customer service is advantageous.Knowledge of key technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, Servers, Storage, and Networking.Technical certifications from recognized technology partners are a plus.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for senior roles.Skills
