Your Role at SPDY
- Approach new clients (SMEs, e-commerce sellers, corporate accounts)
- Pitch SPDY delivery & parcel solutions with competitive rates
- Achieve monthly sales targets with attractive commission
(2) Client Relationship Management
Manage accounts after onboarding to ensure customer satisfactionHandle client inquiries & feedback professionallyMaintain long‑term business partnerships(3) Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute digital campaigns (FB, IG, TikTok, Shopee partnerships)Prepare marketing materials (flyers, posters, promo packs)Support brand visibility at events, roadshows & partnerships(4) Market Research & Strategy
Monitor competitor rates, promotions, and market trendsSuggest new packages, promotions & sales strategiesWork closely with management to improve customer acquisitionDiploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (fresh grads encouraged!)
Sales‑driven and target‑oriented mindset
Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce is a plus
