About Us

HLH Building & Construction Sdn. Bhd. is a fast‑growing company specializing in building construction and commercial fit‑out projects across Malaysia.

We deliver high‑quality results with a focus on professionalism, teamwork, and timely project execution.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our expanding operations — someone organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering successful projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities between office, site, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project timelines, progress, and ensure targets are met.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare project reports, schedules, and update management on progress.
  • Track materials, deliveries, and installation work on site.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, claims, and variation orders.
  • Ensure site work complies with safety and quality requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and resolve coordination issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction, renovation, or interior fit‑out (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Good understanding of construction drawings and work sequences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Project is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
