We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Administrative Executive to support our daily office and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, payment processing, record-keeping, and assist in maintaining smooth administrative workflows within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, including invoices, payment vouchers, and travel-related records.
  • Perform regular data entry, filing, and backup of documents (both physical and digital).
  • Ensure all records are properly archived and easily retrievable.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials as required.
  • Record and update monthly sales reports accurately.
  • Issue and verify invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Track and reconcile payments from customers and suppliers.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in debt collection.
  • Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in preparing basic accounting summaries for management review.
  • Calculate and prepare driver or staff salary records, including allowances and overtime (where applicable).
  • Support operational staff with document preparation for tours, transportation, or booking arrangements.
  • Assist the Sales & Operations team with administrative tasks when required.
