Sales Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales. You will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Prospecting : To identify and research potential clients, generating new leads and opportunities.
• Client Engagement : To build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, offering them solutions that meet their needs.
• Sales Presentations : To present and demonstrate products / services to potential clients, articulating key features and benefits.
• Negotiation and Closing : To handle negotiations and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Market Research : To monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting : To track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
• Collaboration : To work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Customer Support : To assist clients with post-sale inquiries and work to resolve any issues or concerns.
