Factory Integration Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanProven experience in SECS / GEM communications. Significant experience in factory automation or integration between machines and systems. Manufacturing process automation experience. Successful leadership of project teams through the full implementation lifecycle of a CIM automation project. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Preferably 2 years of related working experience. Proficiency in programming languages : C#, VB.NET. Knowledge of web technologies : PHP, XML, HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with MS Visual Studio and databases : SQL Server, Oracle. Additional skills in SECS / GEM and SEMI standards are a plus.
The Factory Integration Engineer will manage a team of CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) engineers and oversee the company's automation projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in automation within the electronics industry, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing automation solutions that enhance productivity and bring value to the company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of CIM engineers in executing automation and IR4.0 projects.
- Identify and drive the implementation of automation solutions to improve productivity and efficiency within the company.
- Oversee the integration of factory systems, ensuring seamless communication and operation between machines and systems.
- Utilize experience in SECS / GEM communications to enhance factory automation processes.
- Lead project teams through the full implementation lifecycle of CIM automation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in factory automation technologies.
