Role Description
1) Manage parcel and cash processing, disbursement, and day-to-day routing with accuracy and efficiency to reduce loss.
2) Oversee transportation / distribution routes and resolve transport issues for maximum efficiency.
3) Communicate with customers and related parties to provide advice and solve parcel delivery problems.
4) Ensure customer information is accurate according to standards.
5) Check daily / weekly / monthly records and reports to identify and quickly resolve delivery issues.
6) Analyze problems and performance to propose efficiency improvements.
7) Ensure operational resources are adequate for smooth employee workflow.
8) Handle daily earnings summary and financial system checks for branch performance.
9) Supervise employee scheduling and support resource needs for productivity.
