Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, monitor, and support production staff in performing daily tasks, including processing, packing, and housekeeping.
- Ensure production and warehouse areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner in line with Halal and food safety requirements.
- Plan and monitor stock levels, packing materials, and ready stock to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery.
- Train and guide team members on standard operating procedures, safety practices, and Halal compliance.
- Prepare and update production reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
- Liaise with management on operational issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Perform other supervisory duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in food production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team.Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Basic knowledge or understanding of Halal food operation and food safety standards (MESTI, GMP, HACCP) will be an advantage.Good attitude, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Able to manage a team effectively and maintain a positive working environment.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
