Head of Talent Acquisition - CelcomDigi
We are on a look out for a detail oriented & data driven Talent Acquisition Analyst with a strong interest in people & organizational space to join our team. This role is integral to improving efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment operations. You are responsible for managing recruitment systems, analysing key hiring metric and providing insights through regular reporting. You will also play a key role in exploring, implementing recruitment AI tools to enhance our processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage & optimize recruitment systems (ATS and related tools) to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Track, analyze and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source, effectiveness)
- Prepare dashboards and reports to support business and talent acquisition in decision making
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment process and candidate experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant analytics
- Research, evaluate recruitment AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation
- Support Talent Acquisition related projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation
Qualifications
Degree in any related field. Candidates from the field of Data Analytics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science is highly recommended to applyTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and maximize the use of new systemsHave the aptitude in project management, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously1-5 years of experience in data, HR analyticsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plusFamiliarity with recruitment tools is an added advantageRole Details
