Responsibilities
Solve all owners’ complaints or requests.
Inform and request permission from the owner when the tenant has a special request.
Set up new room rates for a new project, coordinate with the Developer if there is a new buyer.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and in a friendly / professional manner.
Participate in the open day on the weekend (Occasionally).
Qualifications
Available speaker in English, Malay, and Chinese.
