Job Summary
We
are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Excel Expert to
support our payroll operations by developing advanced Excel templates for
payroll calculations, data validation, and compliance checks. This role is
critical in ensuring payroll accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness across
multiple regions
Key Responsibilities
Design and build Excel templates
for payroll calculations, for validating payroll inputs and outputs,
ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local regulations. This
includes but not limited to implementing formulas, conditional logic,
pivot tables, and data validation rules.
Collaborate with payroll teams
across regions to understand requirements and customize templates
accordingly.
Create documentation and user
guides for template usage and maintenance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration,
Information Systems, or a related field.
2–3 years
of relevant working experience, preferably in payroll, HR operations, or
data analysis.
Ability to
document processes clearly and create user-friendly guides or SOPs.
Must have :
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas,
conditional logic, pivot tables, and data validation.
Good to
have : hands-on experience with Power Query and Power BI for data
transformation, reporting, and visualization is highly desirable.
Remuneration :
RM6,000 - RM9,000 (6 months contract)
