Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing warehouse management strategies to optimise space utilisation, inventory control and distribution processes
  • Monitoring and analysing warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from suppliers, data entry of invoices into inventory system, inter-branch transfer, filing of warehousing related documents & etc.
  • Managing the warehouse team, including the supervision and training of warehouse staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to inventory
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse related field.
  • Understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (familiar with intermediate skills such as Pivot Table, Vlookup) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and dependable.
  • Strong sense of team cooperation.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
