# Country Trade Marketing Manager, Malaysia## Job Location : Kuala LumpurKuala Lumpur##
Lead the local adaptation of Key Visuals into high quality & impactful POSM in-alignment with brand proposition, channel relevance & business need.
Responsible for working with sales and distributors to finalize the plans and requirements in the market through POSM ordering and POSM inventory management.
Responsible as the key contact with local agency for sourcing, design and communication for POSM development both through harmonized central supplier and local supplier(s).
Responsible for coordinating with markets on the arrivals of POSMs and premiums and ensuring the on-time-and-in-full (OTIF) execution based on plans.
Collection of local trade and competitors display activities via periodic market visits, shopper audits, and competitor activity reports.
Manage assigned POSM budget, generating PO#, and claims management with distributors.Trade Marketing Calendar (Activity Grid) Management
Understanding the Channel / Category / Brand strategy and co-building the activity plan for the market, together with the Sales and Brand Marketing teams.
Proposing the in-store activation budget according to the bottom-up calculation of the activity plan, with a ROI mindset to maximize impact.
Support Channel and Category & Marketing to identify, initiate and collaborate on local key programs which add brand value, drive volume and sales.
Be the central coordination point for execution of all Channel and Category (C&C) strategies & Local Sales initiatives to ensure successful deployment in trade.
Assist channel inputs into the yearly Cascade planning process by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating touchpoints, channel specific learning, competitor analysis and best practice inputs).
Collaborate with the Commercial Development team to track and review trade execution mechanisms, assessing the efficiency & ROI of the execution mechanisms.
Ensure all functions deliver on the Activity Grid (AG), forward plans (Canvas), on-going regional or local led projects, through creation and ownership of Trade Bulletin.
Participate in monthly Marketing workshops as representative of the assigned market and be the local voice to region team.Shopper Activation Planning & In Store Execution
MyPerfect Store lead for assigned markets working with Local Sales team, Distributor(s) and SEA MyPS project champ on the Markets coverage plan and KPIs targets and overall direction.
Leads in ensuring the successful deployment of the program, training of end users, and conducting analysis on the results to drive insights into action.
Assist Sales & Marketing to deploy effective in-store activities to generate strong shelf off-take such as bundling, deployment of premiums, re-packing initiatives, activations etc..
Manage promoter / merchandiser with agency and understand key drivers and drainers and ensure learnings are translated into activation plans.Sales Capability Building & Customer team support

To assist capability building of local Sales and merchandising teams via commercial selling story, development of selling kit, catalogues and results tracking.
Provide trade support to sales team for customer business reviews and business development plus joint working projects, cascades and roadshows.
