Your Role

As a Lifestyle Concierge, you will :

Provide personalised lifestyle and travel services via phone and email in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English .

Arrange luxury dining , travel , event tickets , gift sourcing , and wellness experiences .

Go above and beyond to exceed member expectations with thoughtful, tailor-made solutions.

Leverage global partnerships and internal resources to deliver unique, memorable experiences.

Work efficiently and professionally under pressure while handling multiple requests.

About You

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written). HS K Level 5–6 preferred.

Previous experience in hospitality , VIP concierge , luxury travel , or high-end customer service .

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working night shifts (10 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM MYT), including weekends and holidays.

Based in Malaysia , with a private, quiet workspace and reliable internet .
