Location : Lot T-242a, T-242b & 243, 3rd Floor, The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range : RM2,400 – RM3,000 per month

Overview

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Careline cum Admin Assistant to support daily operations at our Samsung Authorized Service Center in The Gardens Mall. This dual-role involves managing phone / online customer support and handling general administrative tasks. Ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Careline Support

Attend to incoming calls and customer inquiries

  • Provide accurate information on services, warranty, repair processes, and appointments
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting or escalate to relevant departments
  • Administrative & Customer Support

    • Update and maintain service records and documents

  • Coordinate with technicians and other departments
  • Monitor spare part movement and inventory (if required)
  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide service updates
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications
  • Reporting

    • Prepare daily reports and assist with internal coordination

    Requirements

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

    • Working Schedule

  • 6 days / week
  • Morning Shift : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift : 1 : 30 PM – 10 : 00 PM
