Cana Consulting is working closely with a prominent financial technology looking for a Legal Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to be part of an exciting growth company.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on corporate commercial matters; review, draft, and negotiate corporate agreements such as vendor, suppliers, and service provider contracts.
• Provide advice on regulatory matters, being familiar with payments laws, local regulatory authority frameworks, and applicable laws.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (compliance) to advise on new product launches.
• Manage external counsels.
• Handle general corporate matters, including corporate governance and corporate secretarial responsibilities.
