MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Penerangan pekerjaanPossess at least 6 years of factory equipment maintenance experience as a plant / maintenance engineer. Experience in planning and executing a thorough preventative maintenance program. Well versed in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, industrial automation and PLC (Siemens / Mitsubishi). Hands‑on and has strong analytical and troubleshooting / problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of maintenance repairs, especially with press machine and double‑end tenoner, is an added advantage. Continuously seek to minimize machine downtime and perform troubleshooting to properly identify causes of machine downtime. Autonomy in business area management and challenging / professional working environment. Attractive salary and benefit / incentive package. 5‑day working week. Job Responsibilities
- To manage Maintenance / Engineering Department.
- To manage and maintain production machinery and facilities effectively and efficiently.
- To manage and coordinate any company expansion or upgrading project.
- To liaise with the Production Department and Quality Control Department for process improvement activities.
- To assist the Production Department and Quality Control Department in quality and technical issues.
- To prepare and ensure parts are readily available for the production process.
- To monitor the availability of electrical and mechanical spare part stocks for all critical machines and equipment.
- To participate actively in HSE audits, ISO audits and other audits.
