Your ‘day to day’ In this role with Philip Morris Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you will partner with function leadership teams on strategic organisational plans, fostering an engaged, inclusive, and diverse organisation equipped with distinctive capabilities, holding consumer empathy at the heart, innovating with speed, and cultivating a winning culture that also rewards noble failures.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders on the development of function strategy, leading people elements. Contextualise and adapt global P&C strategy to unique needs of the function to drive business success through people levers.
Deploy operating model for the function to achieve the business strategy effectively & efficiently.
Coach and advise leaders on key strategic people related matters, offering expertise and thought leadership.
Deploy function talent strategy sustaining a well‑developed, diverse pipeline of talent delivering a strong succession for critical positions.
Build a performance culture with business leaders of the function, fueled by consumer empathy, that rewards achievement of challenging targets as well as noble failures and addresses poor performance.
Establish effective employee relations and constructive two‑way communications to mitigate risk and sustain a positive working environment.
