Junior Executive, Account (AP)

Responsibilities

• Assisting in updating vendor invoices and ensure payments are executed within the time frame.
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the suppliers and vendors.
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
• Responsible in product costing and cost accounting.
• Preparing monthly stock valuation, oversee stock movement at warehouse.
• Update costing information, report preparation and carry out comparison of system cost against actual.
• Analysing and monitoring the balance sheet schedules are accurately updated.
• Supporting the Finance Manager with projects and tasks when required.
• Coordinating and assisting in annual audit and tax related matters.
• Assisting in daily administration work and other assignments as requested by management.
