Production Material Control Manager

Our client specializes in the design, manufacturing, and integration of interconnect products—such as cables, connectors, wire harnesses, and custom assemblies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategies for production control and material management to optimize workflow and inventory.
• Lead production planning and scheduling aligned with customer demand and capacity constraints.
• Oversee procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels, control shortages / overstocking, and manage obsolescence.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in material handling and storage.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the production control and materials team.
• Maintain accurate inventory, production, and transaction records.
• Support ERP / MRP system optimization and ensure data accuracy across planning modules.
