Our client specializes in the design, manufacturing, and integration of interconnect products—such as cables, connectors, wire harnesses, and custom assemblies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies for production control and material management to optimize workflow and inventory.
- Lead production planning and scheduling aligned with customer demand and capacity constraints.
- Oversee procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor inventory levels, control shortages / overstocking, and manage obsolescence.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in material handling and storage.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the production control and materials team.
- Maintain accurate inventory, production, and transaction records.
- Support ERP / MRP system optimization and ensure data accuracy across planning modules.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.5–10 years of experience in production control, material planning, or inventory management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of ERP / MRP systems.
