Regional Revenue Growth Management Lead (RGM)
About the Company
This is a well-known multinational company in the FMCG industry based in Selangor with an established presence in this region and around the world. They have been incorporated for several decades and have a loyal customer base globally mainly due to their constant innovation and wide range of products that cater to different age groups. They are looking for a RGM Lead to be based in their office in Selangor.
Responsibilities
- Take on a regional portfolio and report to the Head of RGM.
- Manage a lean team and design and enhance the RGM program for the region.
- Manage and execute multiple RGM projects, streamline the annual planning, and integrate processes for monthly reporting.
- Oversee the end-to-end RGM spectrum across the five pillars : Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Trade Promotion Optimization (Gross to Net), and Commercial Policy Optimization / Trade Spend.
- Lead and drive strategies to increase profitability and ensure RGM reflects the company's policies and principles.
Qualifications
At least a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or professional qualification.Ideally 12+ years of experience in a combination of Finance and RGM.Experience in trade marketing is advantageous.Ability to work with maturity, independence, and strong stakeholder management across multiple countries; the role is highly visible.How to Apply
