Job Descriptions :
- Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Analyze data and forecast trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
- Conduct sales meetings and track performance.
- Manage CRM to maintain and expand customer relationships.
- Work with marketing on sales initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports for management.
