Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing key sales acquisition channels and expanding the company's customer base from small enterprises to major F&B chains. A key focus of this role is promoting and positioning eco-friendly kitchen equipment as a sustainable, cost-effective solution for clients. This role requires a dynamic, outgoing, and innovative leader who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and execute strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand into targeted F&B chains.
- Promote eco kitchen equipment solutions, emphasizing energy efficiency, sustainability, and long-term cost savings.
- Identify, establish, and nurture key sales acquisition channels (direct sales, partnerships, distributors, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both SME and corporate clients.
- Drive business expansion from small enterprises to larger national and regional F&B brands.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to set targets, forecast sales, and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals that support long-term growth.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations for business development.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Travel as required to meet clients and support business expansion efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Minimum5–8 years of sales experience
, preferably in F&B, retail solutions, or kitchen equipment industries.
Proven track record in developing sales channels and achieving revenue growth.Experience in sellingeco-friendly products
or sustainable solutions is a strong advantage.
